Return & Refund Policy

At Ancholiq.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in maintaining freshness, quality, and accurate delivery. However, due to the sensitive nature of food products, we have implemented strict return conditions to ensure product integrity and customer fairness.

🛑 General Return Conditions

  • All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery in front of the delivery personnel.
  • If an item is damaged, incorrect, or has visible packaging harm, it must be returned on the spot.
  • Returns requested after the delivery person leaves will only be accepted within 3 calendar days with photo/video proof of the issue.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened or tampered packages will be rejected.
  • Second-time returns of the same item or repeat return attempts may be denied at our discretion.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Limited Refund Items

  • Items that have been consumed, partially used, opened, or stored improperly.
  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing contents (e.g., bundle offers, free gifts).
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any condition.

🔁 Return Procedure

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, call, or email within the eligible period.
  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographic/video proof.
  3. If eligible, we will arrange for pickup or advise on the return drop-off procedure.

💸 Refund & Partial Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only after returned goods pass quality inspection.
  • If product is slightly damaged due to packaging or transport but still usable, a partial refund (up to 40%) may be offered instead of a full return.
  • In case of refusal to accept a delivery without valid reason, a delivery charge deduction will be applied from any eligible refund.
  • If your return is approved, you may receive:
    • 💳 Full refund (for complete damage or incorrect product).
    • 💸 Partial refund (for minor quality or packaging issues).
    • 🛍 Store credit (for customer preference-based returns).

📦 Additional Conditions

  • Returns are subject to a restocking/handling fee (5–15%) in selected cases.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.
  • Ancholiq.com reserves the right to refuse service or returns to customers abusing the policy repeatedly.
